Apprenticeship: New SOP for Employee Leasing and Staffing Agency Program Applications
On July 7, 2017, the Office of Apprenticeship released the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Handling Registered Apprenticeship Program Applications Submitted by Employee Leasing /Staffing Agencies or Related Entities.
These standard operating procedures supersede guidance provided in Bulletins 2010-17 and 2016-26, broadening the scope of sponsors who can establish apprenticeship programs to Leasing and Staffing Agencies, and related employers.
