In July 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration awarded 42 States and U.S. territories over $81 million in grants to support activities focused on strengthening the structures supporting Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP).
Through a two-tiered funding system, twelve States received additional funding and are expected to go above-and-beyond supporting their state’s basic Registered Apprenticeship structure.
SAE 2020 Grant Reporting Resources:
First Quarter report due Nov. 14, 2020.
Grantees must submit an ETA-9130 financial report as well as a Quarterly Narrative Report for activities during the first quarter. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your FPO.

SAE 2020 grantees, in preparation for reporting in the WIPS, mark your calendars for the five-part training series on the WIPS reporting system. The trainings will take place every Tuesday and Thursday in the first half of December:
- December 1 from 4 to 5 p.m. ET
- December 3 from 4 to 5 p.m. ET
- December 8 from 3 to 4 p.m. ET
- December 10 from 3 to 4 p.m. ET
- December 15 from 3 to 4 p.m. ET
